Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Payment and Subscriptions
- Courses pay subscription fees according to the chosen plan.
- Fees are billed monthly or annually.
- Prices may change with notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, or upload harmful content.
Intellectual Property
- AlignmentStick retains all rights to software, code, branding, and content.
- You receive a limited, revocable right to use the platform.
Course Responsibilities
- Managing staff access.
- Ensuring proper configuration of roles, departments, and permissions.
- Complying with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or nonpayment.
- Courses may cancel according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina.
