- No refunds for the current billing cycle.
- Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

- Refunds available within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, no refunds for early termination.
Free Trials or Pre-Launch Access
If offered, trials may be cancelled at any time before billing begins.

Data Export
Courses may request export of scheduling/task data before deletion.
