By accessing or using AlignmentStick, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
#1. The Service
AlignmentStick is a task accountability platform designed to help teams assign, complete, and verify daily operational work. The Service provides task assignment, task completion tracking, and optional proof-of-completion features.
AlignmentStick is not a project management, scheduling, payroll, or HR system.
#2. Accounts & Roles
Accounts are created through organization-administered onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
Permissions are enforced by role (Manager vs. Employee). Users may not access data outside their assigned scope.
#3. Organization Ownership of Data
All data entered into the Service belongs to the organization using AlignmentStick.
- •Task data and submitted proof are visible to managers.
- •Data is used solely for operational accountability.
AlignmentStick does not claim ownership over customer data.
#4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕ Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- ✕ Attempt to access data outside your organization.
- ✕ Upload malicious or offensive content.
- ✕ Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
#5. Task Submissions & Proof
By submitting proof (e.g., photos), you confirm that the content accurately represents completion and you have the right to upload it.
#6. Pricing & Payment
AlignmentStick is offered at $50 per month per team, unless otherwise agreed. All features are included. Subscriptions are billed monthly and fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
#7. Availability & Changes
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features or perform maintenance as needed.
#8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate access if Terms are violated or payment obligations are not met.
#9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
